Policies

Please view our policies by clicking on one from the list below.

If you are planning a tour for a large group such as a for-profit or non-profit organization, all of the policies listed on the website are different. Please go to our Group Tours page to request information on booking your tour.

Cancellation Insurance does not cover no call/no show*, those who arrive late to their tour, are asked to leave because they’re deemed unfit to continue, do not follow Big Bear Ziplines rules and regulations, are intoxicated or believed to be under the influence of illegal substances, those who do not meet the requirements/restrictions and who do not complete their tour by personal choice. All of these situations, unless otherwise stated in the policies, will result in a loss of your payment; no refunds will be issued.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO CANCELLATIONS

  • We reserve the right to cancel a tour at our discretion and to delay a tour up to one hour. If you do not wish to wait during the 1-hour time period you will not be reimbursed and will incur an additional non-refundable $20 per person rescheduling fee if you would like to reschedule and have not purchased Cancellation Insurance; those with Cancellation Insurance may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
  • If for some reason, Big Bear Ziplines decides to stop your tour while you are zipping due to inclement weather, we will refund you accordingly (dependent on how much you paid per person) for each line you have not zipped in the form of a gift certificate.
  • If you do not purchase Cancellation Insurance and Big Bear Ziplines decides to cancel your tour, your 50% refund will be in the form of payment you used to book your tour; this is only if you decide not to reschedule.

If you are booking a tour for a non-profit or for-profit organization, the cost of Cancellation Insurance is 15% of your total tour cost. Please visit our Group Tours page under the Zip Tour tab in the navigation bar to submit a request for more information.

A no call/no show* is considered an individual who does not show up for their tour and does not call before their tour date and time to cancel.
