Our Team

OUR AWESOME ZIP PILOTS

At Big Bear Ziplines, Inc. we strive to hire the best employees who will provide a professional, fun and safe atmosphere. Safety is our upmost priority as accidents are no accident. Our employees must be able to multi-task and keep their minds clear and focused at all times.

All of our Zip Pilots are certified in CPR, First Aid and AED at the very least. They are required to pass a 50-hour training period which includes practical and written examinations. It also includes being shadowed on their first few tours before being allowed to guide on their own among other things. Between training and shadowing, it takes almost one month before they are allowed to guide a tour on their own.
